With over three decades of distinguished experience, Dr. Charles Oladimeji stands as a renowned expert in organizational capacity development and human resource management. He holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from McKinley University, New York, USA, and has built an impressive career spanning the banking, finance, and human capital development sectors.

Dr. Oladimeji served as the Director of Training and Conference Planning at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), where he led training consultancy initiatives across multiple industries including banking, oil and gas, telecommunications, and manufacturing. Under his leadership, the Institute’s training directorate became synonymous with excellence—organizing major HR events such as the HR Forum, Annual Public Lecture, and the prestigious CIPMN Annual Conference.

Following his retirement in 2008, he was called back to service as Director of Capacity Building at the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) from 2010 to 2011, where he spearheaded the design and evaluation of the Institute’s annual learning and consulting programmes.

A seasoned trainer and strategist, Dr. Oladimeji has attended several management programs both locally and internationally. His core areas of expertise include Strategic HR Management, Leadership, Talent Acquisition, Reward and Performance Management, and Organizational Learning and Development.

Austin is widely recognized as a business turnaround expert and an exceptional manager of human and financial resources. He holds a B.Sc. He began his career as an Inspector of Factories with the Federal Ministry of Employment, Labour, and Productivity, where he enforced labour laws, occupational safety regulations, and government policies on workplace standards. His groundbreaking research on the impact of radiation on health and safety in steel mills and refineries continues to influence industry practices in Nigeria.

Driven by a quest for greater challenges, Austin transitioned into the private sector and joined John Holt Plc, where he served for 17 years in various capacities. Rising to the position of Divisional Chief Executive, he supervised six General Managers and over 800 employees, overseeing operations that generated multi-billion Naira annual revenues. His leadership at John Holt spanned human resources, sales, marketing, and general management, earning him a reputation for operational excellence and strategic growth.

Austin is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Powercrest Nigeria Limited, a power solutions company specializing in the sales, installation, and maintenance of electricity generators and distribution transformers. Powercrest is a channel partner with F.G. Wilson (U.K.) and serves as the Country Representative for EximetTrafo, Czech Republic.

Beyond his executive responsibilities, Austin is the Chairman of ShelterPay Limited, a real estate crowdfunding firm, and sits on the boards of several companies, including Oneserve Nigeria Limited, a leading provider of bespoke IT solutions.

A passionate philanthropist, Austin is an active member of Lions Clubs International, the world’s largest service organization.
